With years of experience within the building industry, Terry Dalzell has a good understanding of the issues involved in maintaining large apartment blocks and similar buildings.
His experience involves the handling of a large portfolio of properties, dealing with a large network of maintenance sub-contractors.
A social work background enables Terry to deal effectively with everyday customer service issues, liaising with both client and maintenance sub-contractors.

Having gained over 15 years experience within a professional environment, Christopher Gordon brings his expertise in all horticultural, arboricultural and environmental aspects of landscape and grounds maintenance.Having worked and trained within Edinburgh Botanical gardens, large estates and landscape construction he will provide the vital link in all developments to ensure all grounds are maintained to the highest possible standard.

Christopher also brings his extensive knowledge in computer technology and latest discussion formats to design and build Gateway NI’s  latest up to date website.
