Due to increasing demand, Gateway NI have entered the lettings market and offer a unique service to landlords of buildings or estates in which we carry out our residential management block/estate service. This ensures that a high level of service can be achieved, through regular inspections and often being on-site to deal with day to day maintenace and emmergency repairs.
