Works completed at Linen Lofts

The new replacement storm water pipe installation has now been fully completed along with other additional works to the external facade of the property.

Powerwashing, arboricultural works and the resealing of all external waste water pipes have been completed.

Replacement String Course at Hollyheath Apartments

Work is due to commence on the replacement string course at Hollyheath Apartments in Belfast. Having experienced major cosmetic issues surrounding the mouldings on the windows and doors, a replacement programme has now been scheduled to replace and redecorate the external structure of the building.

NHBC Building repairs completed at Sandown Park

The repairs to Sandown have now been fully completed. This Grade B 1 listed building was undergoing extensive repairs to the chimney breasts after reports of water ingress and internal damage.

The Law Society

A new information leaflet has been published this week which provides practical advice and guidance to those considering purchasing an apartment in Northern Ireland.

The leaflet entitled ‘Buying and Living in an Apartment’ was launched at the Long Gallery in Parliament buildings by Law Society of Northern Ireland on Tuesday 1^st March 2011. The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Sammy Wilson MP spoke at the launch event and welcomed the publication.

The Society have produced the leaflet in response to the findings of a new Discussion Paper, also published this week by the Law Society into Multi-Unit Developments in Northern Ireland.
